ultragrrrl: Miracle muffins! 1 pint ice cream, 1 cup self rising flour, 25 min in a 350 degree oven. I did these with Ben & Jerry’s Late Night Snack! They tasted amazing! I’m going to make more tomorrow with different flavors and put some sort of frosting on them, which would make them cupcakes, I guess. Like, for these i’d likely make some sort of caramel glaze with bits of chocolate and potato chips crumbled on top. Yum. JAYDE!! WE NEED A BAKING DAY TO TEST THIS OUT, STAT.
